Biaya administrasi (non simpanan) sebesar Rp. 50.000,-<sup> <\/sup><em><sub>(hanya dibayar saat pertama kali mendaftar)<\/sub><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Dana SOSMA (Sosial Bersama\/non simpanan) sebesar Rp. 50.000,- <em><sub>(hanya dibayar saat pertama kali mendaftar)<\/sub><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Simpanan Pokok sebesar Rp. 100.000,-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Simpanan Wajib<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   * Anggota Biasa sebesar Rp. 50.000,-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   * Anggota Luar Biasa sebesar Rp. 30.000,- <em><sub>(anggota yang berusia &lt;17 Tahun)<\/sub><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Simpanan Sukarela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dan melampirkan:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Pas Photo Warna 1 lembar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Photocopy KTP 1 Lembar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
